YOUR PARTICIPATION DIRECTLY SUPPORTS ADVOCACY.
●A free, safe, and welcoming festival accessible to all residents.
●Host mental health and resource booths serving LGBTQIA+ youth and adults.
●Provide family-friendly activities and entertainment that builds generational connections.
●Benefit small queer-owned business visibility and help to strengthen our local economy.
●Support volunteer training and safety measures that keep Pride a secure and joyful experience.
What to Expect
Whether you are a vendor, sponsor, or attendee - we've switched things up a bit this year! After last year's waterlogged adventures, we've drastically changed the format and layout of our festival. We've moved all of the vendors into large pre-set tents and created more secure weather shelters around the event to keep everything safe and dry. Let's hope mother nature works with us.
Attendees
The event is open to everyone, LGBTQ+ and allies alike! Because our work extends beyond Pride, our venue has an attendee cap, and we want to ensure there is enough space for everyone to enjoy their day, we limit attendance and charge a $5 donation that helps support this event, advocacy work, and other non-profits. Your ticket gets you access to a lot of free entertainment and activities as well as opportunities to shop, eat, and play all day! The event is open to attendees from 12-6 pm.
Food, Alcohol, & Desserts
Time to dish - we love to eat! And knowing our way around the county and the kitchen, we've made lots of friends. Some come form the best breweries, award-winning wineries, and the craftiest cocktails-in-a-can like our friends at Jack Daniels, Williams Gap Vineyard, and Black Hoof Brewing. Or, if you need to fill our belly, we've got delicious options from around the world including Uncle Fred's BBQ, DC (pizza) Slices, Skrimp Shack, Taco Town, and so many more! But the meal isn't done without something sweet, which is why we invite our friends at Lattimore's Funnel Cakes, Color Puff Cotton Candy, King of Pops, and so many others!
Performances & Entertainment
The best part of every festival is the music and the stage shows! We always work to bring in a diverse group of queer performers who can rock the stage and get you on your feet. With incredible and diverse bands and solo artists like Crash the Limo, Felix Pickles, Justin Trawick, DJ Pope, Lauren Reedy, and the Reagan Years - we always bring the boom, the soul, and the big finish! Speaking of big finishes, don't miss Dragstravaganza! The region's largest and best family-friendly drag showhas featured a host of performers like fan favorites and icons including Crymsin, King Molasses, Shoujo a Gogo, Anja Dick,, and so many more. We work hard to keep it fun, flirty, and family-friendly so we can all enjoy the incredible art of drag!
