What to Expect
Whether you are a vendor, sponsor, or attendee - we've switched things up a bit this year! After last year's waterlogged adventures, we've drastically changed the format and layout of our festival. We've moved all of the vendors into large pre-set bazaar-style tents and created more secure weather shelters around the event to keep everything safe and dry. Let's hope mother nature works with us.
All forms will open on January 15th.
Attendees
The event is open to everyone, LGBTQ+ and allies alike! Because our work extends beyond Pride, our venue has an attendee cap, and we want to ensure there is enough space for everyone to enjoy their day, we limit attendance and charge a $5 donation that helps support this event, advocacy work, and other non-profits. Your ticket gets you access to a lot of free entertainment and activities as well as opportunities to shop, eat, and play all day! The event is open to attendees from 12-6 pm. We have a list of FAQs that covers what's allowed, how to get there, and how we keep everything safe.
Sponsors
Every dollar that goes toward this event helps to improve the lives of people - it's that simple. Your donation goes towards the festival and everything else that we do. This year, we've changed our sponsorship format after receiving feedback from prior sponsors. Our sponsors will be mixed in with regular vendors and able to self-select a booth type based on their sponsorship level. We will provide on-site signage to acknowledge every sponsor's contribution and prioritize featuring their participation via advertising and on-site materials. We're also open to hearing how we can improve your experience, so email us any time.
Food, Alcohol, and Performers
Every year, our Festival Team works to pick individuals who operate at the highest levels to provide an excellent day of joy and fun for our attendees, as well as those that can operate within the logistical constraints of a non-profit operated event of this scale. What this means is that we consider your company or group's fit on a case-by-case basis. In 2026, we will only be accepting 3 alcohol vendors, 10 food vendors, and a very limited pool of performers. For all, representation of the LGBTQ+ community, good relationships, and advocacy are key traits in who we select. For alcohol, we seek partners who can donate materials or provide precise cost estimates to limit overhead. For food, we seek partners who serve high quality and diverse food options from attractive setups and fast turnaround for high volumes. For performers, we do not accept acts including performers under 18 and prioritize those with demonstrated production value. If you think this is you, we invite you to apply by February 10th. Decisions expected February 15th
Vendors and Nonprofits
The best part of every Festival is seeing so many supportive and inclusive businesses, non-profits, clubs, and groups joining us for a beautiful day celebrating the power of belonging, visibility, and advocacy. This year, we will be changing our format to pre-established Bazaar-style tents with tables and chairs provided for every vendor and non-profit. Individual tents will not be permitted except by special exception. As always, if you wish to have a vehicle or anything outside the constraints of your booth, please email us any time. This year, we've introduced multiple tiers of booth styles so that you can select the exposure you'd like. All of our tents will have cooling fans, lights, and weather protection for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of our attendees.
